My first full play “monster girls at sunshine doughnuts” was a 2020 recipient of the Ethel Woolson Lab through Atlanta’s Working Title Playwrights. Playwright Jacob York’s review of the play says, “A kind, hilarious, and thoughtful examination of the price we all have to pay to be ourselves. The Monster Girls at the center of the play are wonderful roles for young actors. Silly and sincere in equal measure. You won't find a play with a bigger heart”

In June 2023, Minnesota’s Threshold Theater will produce a live reading of “monster girls.”
